In its 2 February 2026 release, Wynn said structural concrete reached the roof of level 71 and that 21,852 of 26,471 facade panels were installed, or 83%. What Enclave refers to
Enclave is Wynn's hotel-within-a-hotel arrangement on the upper floors, with a separate entrance, arrival area and lifts. It is centred on suites and its own service setting, but Wynn has not announced rates, packages or the reservation opening date.

The Showroom production with Punchdrunk
Wynn announced an original Punchdrunk production on 29 June 2026, scheduled to launch with the resort. After bookings begin, the published concept gives guests a choice between a seated performance upstairs and a moving immersive experience downstairs and backstage; show dates and prices remain unpublished.
Shopping areas and the art collection
